PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION  

We may collect and safely store information on your health, including any health conditions and physical information (e.g. height, weight, age) in order to safely conduct physical training sessions.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION 

We require the name and contact number of a close contact in case of emergency during a training session, e.g. falling ill or injury. These will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

INFORMATION USE  

We use personal information for the purposes of administrating our business activities and providing customer service to clients and prospects.

We will not obtain personal information unless you choose to provide it. Personal information will not be sold to or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without prior consent. Consent will be obtained through clear and easily accessible means, and records of consent will be maintained.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AND STORAGE 

We are committed to keeping your personal data confidential.  


All data is stored securely online with password protection and 2FA.  Only the named representatives of LDJ Fitness have access to client and prospect information.

We will use your personal information solely to liaise about appointments, classes and any follow-up activities, as well as providing us with background information necessary to conduct safe and appropriate training sessions.  

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so.

Data subjects will be informed of the purposes for which their data is collected and processed at the point of data collection or before, and their rights in relation to their data.

DATA BREACH RESPONSE 

A data breach is defined as any unauthorised access, disclosure, or acquisition of personal data that compromises its confidentiality, integrity, or availability. In the event of a data breach, named representatives of LDJ Fitness will promptly:

  2. Notify affected data subjects in a timely manner, providing details of the breach and actions they can take to protect themselves
