LDJ Fitness is run by 2 experienced trainers with a contagious passion for fitness. Our specialisms include Strength and Conditioning, Running, Hybrid Training, and Thai Boxing and Boxing.
Train 1-2-1 or bring one or more friends to share the cost, keep each other accountable, and make training more enjoyable. Every session is tailored to your goals, at a time that works for you.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
BIG RESULTS
We run open Strength and Conditioning sessions of up to 5 people at set times each week. They're a brilliant way of building real strength and fitness. Just book on, show up and put the work in.
